Which tells me that OSU won't take a chance on a borderline player that may qualify, or may not. Some schools don't take chances on borderline players. Some schools HAVE to take chances on borderline players.
Yeah don't hold me to it but, I think or take it that if they are borderline they just go to someone else to try and get, that won't hold up a scollie.

I bet OSU will be loving the "borderline" Gibson now. Was hoping Quick was going to OSU so WVU might have a shot at Gibson.
