Borrow as much as you can on margin. Try to corner the orange juice market. I've got a crop report you may be interested in.

sell options my man, time decay kills both puts and calls equally and besides the rare big movement in a stock they most always expire worthless...
pick a great stock and sell puts against it!

That's kinda why I want to do options. Very small investments to familiarize myself with trading.

The only people that routinely and continually make money on options are the market makers.
Pick your spots, be selective or just buy common stocks.

A good idea, however until I have more money I'm hesitant to put myself in a situation where I could be on the hook no matter how slim the chances are.

This. Unless you know something the general public doesn't, regardless of the amount of number crunching you do, it is gambling. Did enough of that in real estate, I'll stick with index funds.

like index's but really like options as well esp when i love a particular stock / option ....like natural gas for the next 5-6 month's and will buy some options on them today or tomorrow

Sell puts on stocks you're willing to own, preferably those that pay nice dividends. You get an up front premium and if you're put the stock, you'll own it at a discount.
What sanctions? Our 75 are better than your 85.

start with hypothetical trades and track ur success...trust me, u dont want to jump into the pool without some practice
