I hesitate with the pitchers because all the guys you haven't kept certainly have some flaws. I would probably pick 2-3 of Sanchez, Santos and Chacin. I hate Jair in general and think he will regress, but who knows. He's also hurt often enough to turn me off.

As for position players, Werth is one of my least favorite players in the league (I hated him when he was on my Phils), but I would probably keep him. He has the talent to produce and the Nats lineup is only getting stronger to give him some protection. I would also probably keep Aramis. He's inconsistent, but when he gets hot, he usually puts up a few spectacular weeks at a time. After those two I'd consider any of Rios, Boesch or Alvarez, depending if you want another OF or 3B and if you don't, maybe take a third pitcher instead.

All just my opinion. Feel free to respond and I can tell you more why I do/don't like certain guys.

I was wondering why everyone was so down on Aramis. That makes sense.

Also, Ackley is a good pure hitter, but he isn't toolsy enough to be a fantasy guy. The Mariners actually have a plethora of young talented hitters who will put up better fantasy numbers than Ackley. Franklin, Catricala, etc.

Also look for the M's Tijuan Walker...there's a reason they let Pineda go for cheap.

A few others are Gary Brown, Goldschmidt (if not already taken) and Hellickson. If Moustakis and Hosmer are available I see big years.

In a few years look for Oscar Taveras and Miguel Sano.

Keep an eye on young Rays guys. They develop better than anybody.

Moore doesn't have the inverted W issue that Stras does, so I see him as a better long term option to stay injury free. I hate to say it but Stras and mark prior had identical mechanical flaws. Scouts think the mechanics are perfect because they stay online and keep from being rotational, but if you implement some biomechanics you'll see that the shoulder can't handle that kind of torque on its own without being rotational to provide power. Strasberg inverted W adds power and decreases that shoulder trnsion but will fray the hell out of the UCL.

This is why some scouts doubted Lincecum (rotational) but he has perfect mechanics IMO.

Almost forgot try to scoop up Bauer, kid is a Lincecum clone and strikeout machine.

Trout is about as solid as you can get. Kid will have a great year this season.

Yeah, I was just comparing them as prospects, not long term. Both have similar stuff but opposite mechanics.

As for the Lincecum having perfect mechanics I would almost agree but he seems to whip his body around too much when he is finishing his pitch. It doesn't effect his pitch it just puts him in a bad position to field the ball.

Justin Verlander or Roy Halladay probably have the best mechanics in baseball just based on the fact that they have a pretty effortless motion that uses their body more than their arms. Strasburg's problem going into the future will be that he throws with his arm and shoulder rather than his body.
