You need a DB that's quick to spy, but can't afford to do that because of the running game.

The only way to stop his scrambling is someone's going to have to T him up one good time during a run. I saw the same things with Tebow, Newton, et al when they were running rampant all over everyone: lots of arm tackles. Obviously the running ability has a lot to do with it, but if you want to stop him, you've got to overcome that and just pop him one. Confidence is a big part of what makes QBs like that go.

The problem is containment. Everybody wants to get a big shot on him instead of breaking down and he just goes right around them. Newton and Tebow were just big strong guys. Manziel is quick and knows when to get down or get out of bounds. He's becoming one of my favorite players of all time to watch. It's like a art for him.
