Marcus Lattimore injury report.....

  • No way his femur was more than cracked. His whole leg would have flopped around if it was completely through. I shattered my humerus bone and had to hold my arm together. His injury looked like his knee was dislocated because it wasn't limp.

    You give up your knee like that for your school, they should atleast honor a scholarship for you until you get your degree.

    You can be sure Marcus will be taken care of.

  • Feel very sorry for the guy. He should go pro this year and hope a team will take a chance and pay for his rehab. I'd be stunned if he plays a down in 2013 but I hope I'm wrong.

    You are extremely high on drugs if you think Latt would lose his scholarship . Spurrier loves him as does anyone else that has anything to do with the program .

    Lattimore is a true junior . He will be in the sidelines next season career ending or not .

    That said the OP cannot be backed up because it's almost medically impossible . They know their is ligament damage but have to wait for the swelling to go down . The x ray show no fractures but the dislocation of the knee

    Marcus is a class act . He is an extremely hard worker . While I really only care about his personal health and well being at this point . I will not be surprised in the least if he plays again for Carolina . He has a redshirt year

    We could tell stories for days about this kids dedication

  • Schools can move any player whose career ends due to injury to an exception list where they stay on scholarship but don't count towards the 85.
