eh, weird story. I guess it's on tape so they can ascertain the truth but I wonder if it is rape of the statutory type. I mean, was it really "this guy raped me" or "I was stupid and got drunk and had sex with this guy and now I regret it so i'm calling it rape". And nothing really classy about this story.

Exactly, I had to defend a random dude in court for his rape charges. From what everyone witnessed at the party. He should have been pursued rape charges. Hell, her two best friends at the party didn't confirm the story and they never met the guy outside of that one night.
