eh, weird story. I guess it's on tape so they can ascertain the truth but I wonder if it is rape of the statutory type. I mean, was it really "this guy raped me" or "I was stupid and got drunk and had sex with this guy and now I regret it so i'm calling it rape". And nothing really classy about this story.

she was 17, he is guaranteed to get arrested. If nothing else there is the child porn charge. Still, i'm not a big fan of how statutory rape is treated. And even if they didn't have the video he likely gets arrested, that's what court is for, to decide if the evidence holds up.

If it was in the original link? It's not like anyone hid it from you, there are hyperlinks to further details throughout the link I posted. Here's one, hidden underneath the words " Elric Shawn Millner got her drunk, raped her" in the third full paragraph of the article.

Bo was kind enough to copy and paste information you clearly didn't seek before making your assumption yet you're still qualifying your statements about the validity of the rape. Statements with "if true" leave the impression (rightly so from what I can gather) that you don't believe he raped her. You didn't even have the details yet you felt the need to bring up the possibility that she was crying wolf. There's a reason so many rapes go unreported and it's people like you.
She was drunk, she was drunk completely out of her mind, but getting a girl hammered to the point of oblivion isn't a free pass to have sex with her, have your friend video tape it, and then allow your friend to have sex with her as well. She didn't do anything, ANYTHING wrong except trust the wrong person not to take advantage of her and that's exactly what it is when you have sex with a girl who is too drunk to even know what you're doing.
Oh, btw, the link Bo was quoting from is attached below. That was "hidden" a few lines down from the first one I linked above. There's no "if" to it, the bastard raped her and your first inclination was to wonder if her claim was valid.
