- Maryland hired a coach who came from UConn and said Maryland was his dream job. Ceiling with Edsall is met.
- Edsall has basically chased off most of the talent he had on team.
- Edsall hires a guy to rectify his wrong doings and the guy he hired has a VERY, VERY sketchy recruiting history and has been staring down an NCAA inquiry.

I think Maryland will keep on being Maryland for a while. You guys fired Friedgen after his best season. It gets what it gets.

Guess I should clarify:
Maryland fired the reigning conference coach of the year. Kevin Anderson (AD) was the first AD in history of NCAA to do such an act. Maryland had COY and ACC ROY on their team and dismantled that team because of "lack of fan support". As far as personal awards, it was Friedgen's best year, however, his teams did perform best in 01, 02 and 03.

LOL at Maize&Blue pulling stuff out of his ass. He can't see why kids from the area wouldn't want to go to a good and fun school that has developed many NFL players over the years (2nd in the ACC). Its not like they have always been terrible.

If you want to talk about ceiling. Michigan ceiling is 11 wins and winning the rose bowl. Because I don't see any big 10 team winning a title in a long time.

All I want is for my Terps to win a couple acc titles. And the basketball team can get the diamond national title ring.

Whenever I go around DC I say, man so much Terp love in this city. Almost overwhelming. Around every corner is another group of kids decked out in Terp gear or a banner hanging from a window. Young kids grow up telling tales of watching the great and legendary games the Terps engaged in over their glorious history at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium. Nothing says big time collage football like a field named after a bank.

And don't even get me started on the kinds of amazing Collage Park is! Swag city. You can Green line it from your house. They got an IKEA pretty close by! SWAG!
