Massillon Tigers to be featured in new documentary

The cameras are coming to Massillon, and they’re about to put the Tigers’ historic football program in the spotlight for a documentary series that’s in the works.

I thought I already saw this documentary on Netflix. Two things stood out: the majority of boys are held back one year in grade school, and they can't hold their beer.

That was Go Tigers! the documentary from 1999. This will be a new one which is a docu-series.

Hall (Massillon HC) said he wasn’t able to discuss specifics of the series, including the network it will air on, due to the ongoing negotiations with the production company.

That's right, I was wanting to say Fawcett too but I think that's just part of the HOF stadium name. Last time I was at Paul Brown Stadium in Massillon was Ben Mauk's senior year at Kenton HS and they beat their opponents by 30 sum. That offense they ran was unstoppable!! 5 wide, which was rare, and Mauk typically the only player in the backfield. If he didn't sling it, he was running it for chunks at a time.
I sure do miss going to states every year!

Yeah I get the fact its a rivalry, but who is to say who's is the biggest or best ?
The Muck Bowl has seen ten times the amount of talent, does that make it best ? no, but there are plenty of others that measure up my friend and you know it
You can't determine which one is the best imo, there is a top tier level imo and this rivalry is certainly on that level
Ill give you that much
California and Texas have some great ones too
