Could you imagine if Woods hadn't bogeyed those last 2 yesterday? I really hope he makes a strong surge today and gets into the thick of things. Hopefully Woods can end -3 today.

The course has played longer this year so it is playing tougher. you aren't seeing as many eagles or even birdies on the par 5's as in years past. They thought it would be really tough for the short hitters off the tees to compete this year. Maybe that is holding true but we won't likely see any really low numbers being posted.

Projected cut is at +4 right now. Phil looks like he will at least make the cut. I was hoping he would make a move today.

what an awful put by Tiger on 4. back to 1 under now. he left that a good 6 inches short or more and he was maybe 3-4 feet away.

What happened to Westwood? I see he just dropped 2 strokes.

Now a four way tie at the top with -5.

he was left of the green on 18. missed a 12 footer for par, and then pushed a 3-4 footer wide right coming back for bogey.

So far this is setting up to be a very good tournament. Today is so much more fun than yesterday.

well Tiger is struggling now after the fast start. He's going to need a niracle to save par on 6. I think he needs to get to 3 under entering the weekend.

Phil can't get a drive straight either.

That Miguel Angel Jimenez with Tiger is playing pretty good.

Huge par save for McIlroy to finish at -4. Mickelson sees par on 17 to remain at -1. The wind is making this course a beast right now. It will be interesting to see if the wind calms letting those on the front 9 make a move on the back nine.

great approach there on 8 for Tiger. He's got a great chance at birdie. If he's 1 under going into the back then he's in business.

i wish one of these channels would just follow Tiger the whole time.
