I don't think the Skins have an early enough pick to get him, Elam should go first round for sure
I'd love to have Rhodes too but he won't fall that far either
Pretty sure the Skins don't have a 1st or 2nd round pick but I could be wrong

I'll speak for the Vikings; we want/need Matt Elam. I wouldn't fill DT/Lb needs with who will still be on the board at that point in the 1st.

Obviously I am biased but Elam is a much bigger playmaker and open field tackler. Elam was also a huge leader on our squad. I'm not taking a dig at Rambo because that guy is good, but Elam is a machine.
Nova, I can't pull it up on mobile, but YouTube "Ultimate Matt Elam highlights" on a computer. I didn't realize how much of a rabid dog Elam was til I saw all his hits in a row.
