Considering Gholston came out and said 1-he didn't get knocked out, 2-he didn't suffer a concussion and 3- the trainers cleared him, well no, I don't think you can make that assumption. Now, if one of Gholston's teammates came out and said, yea he was knocked the F out and had a concussion, then your theory would be plausible..
But then again, you would just said that teammate was a thug and didn't know what he was talking about because he didn't show any proof
