Downfall IMO. Bama is elite everywear, dominant Oline, top 5 Defense, best coach, BUT, McCaron is still an above average QB With no real game breakers at WR, not an Elitist like RG3 or Cam or Luck or Barkley. If you guys had an Elite QB, Bama would be unstopable. Not saying you guys cant win it all cuz u can, but games against LSU,Arky,USC would be tossups and would make AJ beat him with his average recievers

Our downfall will be if he gets hurt. He's not elite but he's a very good QB. We've proven twice in the last three years we don't need an elite QB.

CFB is not the NFL.
An elite QB is not a must to win titles. Bama and LSU have won 2 titles with decent/average QB's. Florida won 1 title with a decent QB. OSU won a title with a below average QB in Krenzel. It's a lot more about defense and timely play making in CFB.

If we can win with McElroy, we can win with McCarron. We didn't throw hardly at all Saturday but our WRs very good as well.

Yeah, it def. helps having elite QB's, but it's not a must like the NFL. USC wins b/c you also have elite players in the trenches and playmakers on the edges.

I don't know if we should buy into the hype of the USC QBs honestly. Maybe it's really just the talent surrounding them. No USC QB has gone on to actually win at the next level and they have never even reached the Super Bowl. They were great game managers in college, but just couldn't get the job done in the NFL.
Morehead St, Grambling, Alcorn St, Northen Iowa, and Delaware have even had a QB play in the Super Bowl.

Sucks what happened to Palmer in that Steelers game. He had the Bengals franchise looking to be a contender for many years and just was never the same guy after that.
Honestly, I thought Sanchez would be good....and still could. I think Rex Ryan is just about the worse coach in the world for Sanchez to have. He needs new pastures and to get away from the Jets.

And he had to throw away at least 3 passes I can think of, I know Cooper dropped a pass, so he was pretty sharp all in all.
He's more than capable of leading us to ANOTHER national title. We may not have any elite WR's right now but we have more than enough solid talent at the position between Norwood, Bell, Jones, White, and Cooper. All are legit SEC WR's.
