We passed on CB jimmy smith last year because of character concerns, I'll be damned if we drop our standards for a guy 4x worse a year later. I mean you gotta be the biggest idiot in the world to get busted for weed twice in a 3 month period AND have 4 kids with 3 different mommas(with no job to support them nonetheless). If Stephen Gilmore or an elite OL isn't available I want to trade down. I'd rather trade a few spots down for an extra 2nd pick and take Nick Perry or that fast CB Robinson or Hosley(he declared for draft right?)

We passed on Jimmy Smith last year because we didn’t expect Fairley who was a superior prospect to fall. Janoris is the best CB in the draft right now. I don’t like Gilmore that high. All the good OT’s will be gone by then and I don’t want Mike Adams. Nick Perry will probably be gone by then as well. I wouldn’t mind trading down. But if we can’t I want Janoris.

I think Janoris and Dre are a step above Gilmore IMO. I like Gilmore but I think he’s clearly the 4rd or maybe even the 5th CB in the draft after those guys. I like him more as a early second guy then a late first. This is a good draft if you need a corner though.

Idk I don’t really care that he smokes/smoked weed. The main problem was him getting caught multiple times but that’s something you can grow up from. Idc about him having multiple baby momma’s. He wouldn’t be the first player with them.

Nm I forgot about Claiborne. Haven’t been thinking much about him because we have no chance. After Claiborne then, although that’s debatable with Dre. I think Dre will be gone by then though.
