On my dominant hand, my right hand, I'm having issues with my fingers being spastic (for lack of a better word).
I've noticed it for a while now, at least a couple of months. But it's starting to be a problem. Writing is getting to a bit troublesome. Writing at length is straight up awful.
The most common occurrence is when I bring my index finger and thumb to a point - as in holding a pencil, or grabbing my card from my wallet. God only knows how many times I've dropped my debit card in the last few weeks.
The video attached is me attempting to make a circle with my index finger.

This is my thumb and index finger together, like where I mentioned dropping my card. Today's been a lot worse than it had been.

No pain of any sort. Nothing at all.
My hand cramps up pretty quick when writing, but that's it. After a paragraph or so of writing - my handwriting gets awful cause my fingers are doing their little thing.
