23-25 310 yards and 3 TD's... One was a throw away to avoid a sack and the other was a drop by David Wilson.
11 carries 50 yards and 2 tds.. 1 of which was a game winner for 19 yards on 4 and 1

No but to say he has accuracy issues is a false statement.. It was his first year as a Starting QB and he led VT to a Sugar Bowl.. Kiper is not saying he is the best QB in College Football.. Just stating that he has all the TOOLS to be a NFL Starting QB.
Do I think he is a #4 overall pick right now? No, But if you watch him throw a football and stand in the pocket to deliver throws he has the skills, intangibles, and Mobility to be a very good QB with another year or 2 worth of experience.

O trust me I understand.. he had his ups and downs last year.. For our sakes I hope he explodes and has a Cam Newton type year.

He plays at a lower level BCS school (Like MSU) and doesn't get the coverage most teams do.. He's legit though, I wouldn't call his season an aberration.
The dude is a 6'3'', 200 pound CB with speed.. He's very, very legit.
