    He barely plays DT for his own high school since he plays on the OL most of the game, so he is basically a project.

    Then this is def the best place for him. Michael Brockers and Bennie Logan were both considered projects also. We have another kid named Lawson coming in who is also a project and also played O-Line on his HS team this year but will def play DT for us.

  • Is there a reason why the FSU and UM fans are saying hes a project DT outside the fact that he played OT for his school this year? Was he not a good DT his junior year? Does playing a position of need for your HS at OL instead of another posisition you dominated at before automatically say that he is now some sort of project? I would think doing what your coaches needed to help your team out wouldnt get met with so much disdain.

    Coached against him, wasn't impressed. Also kids in high school play both ways to help the team.
