Like you guys were playing players for 7 years, and you think you are getting away with it. Where does anyone get that kind of optimism
What you don't understand is how just the fact that the NCAA was was being billed for her services (and paid her) is a major credibility problem. Do you really think that if this was no big deal the NCAA would have said anything?
This is the death kneel for the NCAA. They don't want another lawsuit. They don't want discovery. The sanctions will be a slap on the wrist... time already served with the bowl ban and a small scholarship reduction for 3 years. Miami will laugh and say "alright you got us!
" and just deal with an 82 limit instead of 85 the next few years.getmyjive11

Jive, you don't have to explain how bad the NCAA is to FSU fans. We hate them, too.
The attorney on payroll is an ethical issue...not a legal one. The evidence from two guys who could not remember is not a significant hit in this case. This happened over MANY years and there is plenty more evidence to be had. Miami fans think two guys negate the whole case.
