Agreed. I really like the potential of our interior line. If Watson can live up to the "hype" I think our O-line could be a B+ to A- minus type of unit. I like the fact that we have 2 cupcakes to start the season and I hope they work on the ground and pound to get their confidence up. I doubt Hart redshirts as he can provide key depth at a number of positions and Im not sure I dont want him starting. I think with an extra summer of weights and maturing he could be a Beast this year. I might be wrong there, but Im willing to bet he has taken his game to another level. The most intriguing O-Lineman I think we have is Orelus if he can stay healthy. Thats a BIG IF

As far as Miami is concerned I think they will have a better class than most people are giving them credit for. Especially if the sanctions are light. If they end up with a 9-3 season and light sanctions I expect them to have a Top 5-10 class. I think their commit list is the way it is right now because recruits want to take a wait and see approach with them. Make no mistake about it though Golden is doing work down in the Gables.

Not according to some. Matias was the lowest rated OL during the spring. Something like 55%.
I think Watson and Hart, I admit now after reading the article about him that he fared better than I thought, will man RT. Stork at LG backed up by Fahrenkrug who's a damn fine 2nd teamer. Matias is bought a year to actually get good instead of just being huge.

Exactly, look I respect UM. Sure I love to flame them, but in reality I love it when they are up in the top 10. Same with UF. When the Big 3 are in the Top 10 of college football I think it makes college football very exciting. I think it also pushes these 3 teams to another level to be the best they can be and earn the "State Champion" title. even though UF is scared of UM on a yearly basis. I hate it for UM that their President is a obese troll who has no appreciation for what their athletic programs have done for that institution. I hope she gets run out soon.

He is only like 6'3"
He will never play LT
His rating out of high school was way too high
I would have had him a 4 star 200-250 kid
Most sites had him at damn near 5 stars, big miss on that ranking imo

Trickett I think will be fine IF our line this year can set the precedent for years to come. I having been thinking about this a lot this off season. Tricket CAN coach. He has proved he can have great O-Lines. I think the problem these days arent the coaches but the kids. Look everyone knows Trickett is a tough SOB. Thats how my Dad has coached the last 43 years in High School and he tells me its just not the same. He says you can scream and yell at the kids anymore because it hurts their little feelings. We dont get Stud O-Line recruits because most of them dont want to be pushed to the limit and yelled at. They think they can go somewhere else and be just as good relying on their talents and less on coaching. I know at some point Trickett needs to take a lot of heat which he has, but at what point do we put it on the kids? I can tell you one thing. I want a kid who doesnt mind being yelled at and pushed to the limits as opposed to one that wants to play tiddlywinks.

You're an idiot.
He's 6'4 and was 16 coming out of HS. It's Trickett's fault we didn't have the system in place to redshirt him and him not start till he was a RSo. He's a pretty incredible young man and athlete. Started ten games, allowing 4.5 sacks as a just turned 17 year old.

I agree as well if you care at all. Trickett was obviously a bad ass coach. But he needed to stay at schools like WVU. Where they'd get pissed off 2 stars who just want kick teeth in.
FSU gets higher end talents at OL and Trickett neither knows how to coach them nor knows how to recruit them. We could pay HALF his salary and get TWICE the results because we could get a better fit and a fresh start.
