  • Bri'onte Dunn's OSU commitment is hanging by a thread. First, Kalis needs to make the right decision.

    Edit: However, it's now looking more likely that Bri'onte Dunn and Dymonte Thomas become Wolverines than one (or both) of them not becoming a Wolverine.

  • The info on Kalis is weighting in our favor right now. I think he is coming to the good guys sooner rather than later. Dunn in my opinion has been keeping it low for awhile now but his cousin is not. I think we land them both in the end. Great time to be a wolverine baby. GO BLUE!!!!!! cheers

    I think Dunn will have to see this play out before it has its full impact. If this doesn't sway him, nothing except sanctions will. Most Buckeye recruitniks think Bri'onte decommitting for Michigan or Penn State is inevitable.

    We're not sure if Mahone really is a PSU lean, but we hope so! Most think we want 2 RB's though, and both are very talented, so I think they would make room.

    Ominous post on our 247 board about maybe "being out of it for Chris Muller." Anyone hear anything like that? I woke up and we went from very confident on that, to one ominous post about it. I was confused to say the least.

    Anyway, glad to see Michigan seems to be benefitting greatly from the mess in Ohio, wish PSU could join the party at some point.

    Dunn hasn't set up a visit to PSU yet. While I believe he's commented that he plans to, nobody from PSU really expects him to. Mahone is definitely the guy we're after right now, and we're trying to make up ground with Drew Harris as well.

    Tom said that Michigan is recruiting him to be a FB/RB hybrid. Also mentioned that if he got his offer that he could pull the trigger immediately. Is also teammates with Dymonte Thomas, so if he goes blue it certainly won't hurt our chances with him.

    Upvotes for both PSU guys for accepting my Biggie Smalls quote for what it was- A joke.

    I have no inside info here. I was just being a smart ass. I just feel like i've heard Mahone to PSU for a while now. Taking Mahone & Dunn would be a complete dick move, by the way! Just so you know how I feel about that notion.

    As for Muller- I couldnt tell you. But I would take "one ominous post" with a grain of salt. Could just be someone tryin to start Ish. I guess knowing or not knowing the particular poster would be the biggest part for me personally.

I understand the fullback is going to be a very important part of the offense....but in this year of all years, using a scholarship on one seems unfortunate. Are we REALLY going to take ONE of Pipkins and O'Brien because we're taking a fullback?

  • Tyler Cameron is trying to earn a scholarship at camp in Ann Arbor this week. The lefty dual-threat Jupiter (FL) quarterback, like 2011 recruit Russell Bellomy, plays in a run-first offense; however, he shows he can put good touch on the ball.

    From the looks of his tape, if we lose out on Mauk, he could very well beat out Austin Appleby and Brian Blackburn at camp and be the QB taken in this class. Cameron has offers from Boston College, Cinci, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan State, NCST, Purdue, and Wake Forrest among others.

    PSU is just a victim of the writings of Christopher Wallace. He likely was just talking about banging chicks from Penn St. But I have a couple friends that are PSU fans- so I've always used it in the most derogatory way. Just to have some fun with them.

    Incase your interested: It's in the last verse of the song, which starts around with 3:25 mark...If your not interested in the rest of the song. Jadakiss(2v) & Lil Kim's(4v) verses are good stuff too tho. Puffy- not so much. Even tho it may have been his best work ever. Haha!
