One thing that could work against us is if he is really superdoublemega set on playing QB in college. With Morris and Gardner, I'm not sure we're really looking at him as a true QB.
It'd be interesting, though, if Denard absolutely tears through defenses next year in Borges' offense. If he does even better than last year and stands out, then it could sell Fuller on the fact that the coaches can use a QB like him and coming to maybe be like Denard. Which would be very fun.

wait who turned them down? as for schutt im not really a big fan of his play id much rather have obrien, who i think is better than both pipkins and schutt. oh yeah for the people complaining about turning away a 5-star, he is a 5-star on scout who has 35 5-stars so that isnt that big of a deal

I don't remember the details of Jackson's recruitment. I think we took Savoy or something even though Jackson wanted Michigan. Don't quote me on that.
IIRC Carr decided not to offer Ginn until very late in the game. There was also a rumor that Carr would not recruit Glenville because of Pierre Woods being in the doghouse. Whatever happened, the relationship between Michigan and Teddy Ginn Sr. was destroyed until recently. "Our relationship with Michigan is dead, but [Michigan Coach] Lloyd Carr is the one who has killed it," Ginn Sr. told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "It's disgraceful."
