    Sooo (I know we've discussed this many times, but like you said, I'm bored. Only two more days until practice starts!) 5-7 spots left.

    2 WR (Diggs, Darboh, Payton, Madaris, Chesson, Powe) 1-2 DT (Pipkins, O'Brien, Shittu, Schutt (ish)) 1 OT (Diamond, Garnett, Banner, Bisnowaty) 0-1 RB (Dunn, Garmon) 0-1 CB (Reeves, Wright) 0-1 QB (Fuller)

    Looking at that, it really doesn't matter who we get now, as long as we fulfill the needs of WR and DT. Any combination of these guys would be amazing.

    I'm not sure how actively we're recruiting him. I know he has an offer, but there hasn't been very much about him. He'd be a WR, I'm assuming. So it seems like we have our "guys" in Diggs, Madaris, Chesson, Powe, Payton, and Darboh, but if for some reason those don't work out, we'd probably turn up the heat on a guy like Overstreet.

    Besides the fact this interview didn't go too well overall, this sentence worries me - "You know like how THEY are supposed to be" (emphasis my own)
    Dymonte Thomas already had a slip up when he said something like "we have that quarterback that committed to us..i mean Michigan." Whereas Thomas is already referring to Michigan as 'us', T-Rich still is saying 'they'

    I don't care if he doesn't call michigan "us". He's still committed and I can't see him leaving unless Ross leaves as well...

    Richardson obviously isn't completely solid, but I think you're probably reading way too much into that. I've seen a ton of commits use the "they" language and not mean anything by it.

  • I'm not taking him calling Michigan 'they' as a sign he isn't going to stay committed. However it just is another bad thing in the recruitment of Terry Richardson that won't end until February 2nd.
    Go read the mgoblog interview. I've never seen one of those interviews end with this snippet

    Which is a good thing. I'm happy as long as he and the coaches are being honest with each other and that they both know what the other is thinking. It shows that he knows the deal with the other CBs and how his visits would affect that, and it shows the coaches know if they need to plan around him.

    What we think about it, as fans, does not matter. Personally, I'm anticipating Terry taking visits, but I'm not worried at all. Between Wright, Reeves, and Richardson, we have three very good CBs looking at us. Having 1 or 2 of them would be great.

    well say diggs visits and he relates with the coaches and they lay out an agreement about classwork and the legal issues do you think there can be a slight possibility of him coming?

  • Less then 5% chance diggs goes blue imo. Think he is Miami's to lose

    If Wright takes a visit and has the same experience most recruits seem to probably a pretty good shot at landing him with what he's said recently

    Yeah there's a chance, if they work out all the drama in his life..Plus I wouldn't mind if Wes Brown wanted to visit as well..praybiggrin

    He's interested, so we have a chance if he gets everything sorted out. That's first and foremost, as from what we've been hearing, it seems like he has a lot of work to do. The legal things are not really issues, as it was a while ago and he's past them now.

    So, hypothetically, if he were to visit and his grades are looking ok/good, we have a chance. The SEC may be hard to beat, though.

    clap I saw that movie before I knew that scene was there.. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.

    And in more Michigan news, TomVH is still under the opinion that the coaches simply want another CB, and that the talks with Wright and Reeves aren't related to Terry Richardson taking visits. Yuri Wright is an absolute monster, and would be great to have. Are we still going for 26 spots?

    Does anyone know where I can see some Yuri Wright film? I'm excited to watch since everyone is so high on him. Any links would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance. cheers

    There isn't any..only full game clips
    All you need to know is that he has good size,speed, and jumping ability.
    And being no.41 prospect in the espnu 150 doesnt hurt either
