Absolutely. My gut tells me you guys are correct. I know UM people/insiders were extremely confident on Levenberry as recently as last month..so we'll see. I can definitely see a scenario where Levenberry just wanted FSU to show the love again and everything would be great.

Mods/connected posters. Also, Michigan turned down top 100 prospects from even visiting last month leading many to speculate Levenberry and another LB Gedeon were silent commitments.

Like I said, I tend to suspect it will be FSU, but assuming he makes it to UM next weekend you never know.

He pretty much said that. That FSU wasn't showing him love like Michigan was.... then it happened... contact was back on and like that he was on campus for a week.... I am not saying he is a Nole, cause well I don't know but I do feel FSU has been the team to beat although Michigan has not made it easy cause he is really having to think about it... if no other team was one him like Michigan has been he would have already been a Nole IMO.... but Michigan push hard while FSU got relaxed.... FSU has been turning the heat up and seems to be moving into the right direction again

this is what has puzzles me...if the visit went off as well as the FSU people are saying and he's all FSU, but all it did was pull FSU even in the race...doesn't seem like that big a deal to me.

FSU needed to look for a commitment out of that visit or him coming away saying they are my far and away #1 and him talking about an imminent commitment or changed commitment timeline.

Instead he said his timeline is still the Army Game but that it's not set in stone- and that FSU is now tied with Michigan and that he is visiting Michigan on April 12th to 14th for the Spring game.

Guess I just don't see why Michigan should quit recruiting him and that it's forgone he's going to FSU?

But somehow my opinion turned into me getting flamed and flying off the handle as usual....

You obviously haven't followed recruiting very long, FSU has been a favorite of his for years

Michigan only came into the picture recently, kid has long loved FSU the most and we FSU fans know this

He cooled on us as we cooled on him but FSU was heavy in the picture long before Michigan was even in the race, that is what you don't seem to understand

It has nothing to do with what your staff should do, we or I just think the kid is a Nole

You say nothing to see cause you don't want FSU in the race cause it scares you... and we got our best crack at him, well for someone who follows recruiting as you say you do then you know FSU has many more cracks at him......

Again if EJ doesn't commit to Michigan after their spring game can I assume the same as you have about FSU .... that Michigan fans are just being happy for no reason cause that is all you are basing it on... FSU had ground to make it up which it did.... and now back even makes it better for FSU since his dad love for FSU and EJ relationship and love for FSU .... you are reading wayctoo much into to try to make it a positive for Michigan and a negative for FSU

Levenberry is a legit top 100 player to me. Why would UM take him if they didn't think that highly of him? They have needs elsewhere, and it just wouldn't make sense unless they thought he was elite...Especially after a LB haul that includes:

Bolden
Ross
Jenkins-Stone
Ringer
Gedeon
McCray

Not to mention Cass Tech has some outstanding '14 LBs waiting in the wings, and there is a kid from Detroit King that looks like a stud as well.

I mean hell, they dropped O' Daniel, eventhough it might have given them a leg up on Kendall Fuller... Levenberry is a stud
