When you're a guaranteed 1st-round OT, it's a stupid decision to stay around for another year. All that's doing is taking one more year off your NFL career, and increasing the chances that you'll get injured and never have an NFL career. Most people are speaking about Mathews and Joeckel like they're gone because the logical decision is for both of them to leave.

Just because a player is well off that does not mean they will not enter the draft especially if they are highly thought of
