Arod is.
People that hate on Goodel are probably the same plebes who think their boss doesn't do anything but sit around a collect paychecks because he/she is not seen out doing grunt work every day.
I'd be willing to bet Roger's compensation is tied to growth just like every other executive out there. There's no reason he shouldn't be compensated according to the contract he and his representatives negotiated and his employers agreed to pay.

yeah, no doubt you deserve 30 million a year when ex-players are dying in pain and literally not getting a penny of help from guys like Goodell.... who get insanely rich off their exploits
He obviously cares about player safety and deserves every penny, while still on the campaign for a longer season
Your second paragraph was insanely stupid, keep trying brah

Can you show me where in Goodel's contract it says his job duties entail caring for employees who worked for his organization prior to him obtaining his current position?
Can you also please provide physical evidence that Roger is not performing his job duties as required by his employers.
I'll wait anxiously for your insults to veil the fact you have no idea what you're talking about.

Mike Hampton of the Atlanta Braves.
This guy belongs in the discussion. Had a couple great seasons pitching, got PAID. Massive contract, and then he got hurt, and hurt again. He basically rode the bench for ATL while they blew millions on him that could have been utilized elsewhere.

According to what scale? Other professional sports league executives? Or the average, middle class sports fan who knows nothing about the job duties and compensation of his contract?
