We understand that and he did a good job with him, but BOB took a kid without D1 talent and turned him into one of the best QBs in the Big 10 in less than a year. Imagine what he can do with a kid with the talent level of Hack. Kiffin took a kid with talent and made him a pretty good QB, Crompton had the tools though.
