Muffin Mix vs. Muffins?

Anybody ever sampled the muffin mix and then just chosen to go with that instead of throwing it in the oven? I have.

i havent done it with muffins but cookie dough doesnt get into the oven on alot of occasions.

I normally eat all of it. Not at once, though. I'll refrigerate it and spread it out like you would a batch of muffins.
