    Wow... So how will you "it's all about the welfare of the kids" people respond to this? Multi-year sholarships aren't necessary, and those who represent the student athletes agree.

    Because multi year scholarships for football would mean that EVERY college sport would get them too. Even all the non revenue sports that cut and drop players all the time. Golf, track, baseball, etc. Except, no one says a word about those athletes getting cut because they don't play football. "All about the kids" HAHAHAHA what a lie.
