I actually prefer vocals. I am into voices and their quality and if that is not present then I usually do not listen. The only exception is classical music.

Like Explosions in the sky type music?
This is an instrumental track from M83 that I think fits the bill as haunting/atmospheric, great live version. I like the build up in sound with the sonic release of the instrumental.

Not so much Explosions in the Sky... although I do like them and their new album. I've been getting into Tim Hecker, Caretaker, Leyland Kirby... it's more droning and experimental and not as rock driven as something like explosions in the sky... actually probably not rock related at all.

Stevie Ray Vaughn = GOAT
Some songs just cant be listened to at low volume
Been blasting him at work this AM. Ive only gotten 2 complaints so far about music being to loud. I asked that they put all complaints in my complaint inbox right there with the white plastic bag.... Damn I love not having to answer to anyone.
