Yeah EJ only threw for 3000 yards this season and over 7000 for his career. He sure did not do anything since he was at FSU. I wish he could have had the talent around him that Barkley had with all those five stars and finish 7-5.

1. Stanford
2. Oregon
3. Florida
4. Notre Dame
5. Alabama
6. Ohio St
7. LSU
8. ucla
9. USC
10. tie Texas, TCU, Oklahoma, Oregon St, South CarolinaThe above takes into account some players who I think will declare for the draft, but once all that dust settles, the rankings could be much different. If Chip Kelly leaves for the NFL, then I would drop Oregon, and USC's ranking is based on Kiffin Hiring a OC who will be the play caller as well.

I would put Ohio St's odds of getting to the mnc game, probably higher than any other team in the nation. In no way, shape or form do I believe at this time that you will be one of the 2 best teams in the nation though. Very good team playing a very weak SOS. So I don't disagree that you will have a high pre-season ranking by others, because most unqualified pollsters like to predict the final rankings with their pre-season rankings and factor in how tough or weak a teams schedule is. I do no such thing. I have 4-5 PAC-12 teams in my top-10, but in no way will there be that many at the end of the season due to the extremely tough SOS's.

I know Mariota is great, but that Ducks offense relies a lot on Kenjon Barner as well. As you know, he's going to be gone after this season. Who is going to replace him? Everyone talks about DAT being too small to handle that many carries, so Byron Marshall? If Chip comes back I'm sure they'll still be top-10, but I think #2 might be too high. Some key guys leaving on defense too; Jordan, Alonso, Clay, Lokombo.

Our offense will be better. Defense will take a big hit. We will have DAT and Marshall returning as well as two of the top prep backs coming in. Thomas Tyner will not redshirt, he will get reps next year.
Depth at RB will be short like this year but the guys we do have have the ability to keep us the top rushing attack.
