If they wanted this to be a big time game then don't screw the Spurs and make it their 4th game in 5 nights.
How can anyone defend Stern. Worst commissioner in the history of sports IMO.

Plus Pop owes it to all fans to put on a show when he is on prime time. Could have sat these guys against the Wizards but he chose to make a point for some reason.
He's a douche who doesn't care about fans. It's going to cost him, IMO won't cost him enough. There were probably some people who saved up good money to go and watch the Spurs (Tim, Tony, and Manu) play the Heat and instead they got the red rocket and some euro guy I've never heard of. Not acceptable.

This is no different than in the final game of the regular season in the NFL coaches rest players. Even Goodell is smart enough to know he can't tell coaches how to run their teams.

Not only is it unacceptable to the fans who bought tickets, it's unacceptable to the fans who spend their time and money watching the NBA. Pop obviously doesn't care that we pay his salary, and pay his house, and make his life awesome.
