I'm thinking ND Olympic sports, and then the football team when the NBC contract expires. The way the Big 12 handles the Tier 3 rights, its ND's best option IF... big IF... ND wants to be in a conference with the new playoff around the corner.

Forgot to include this...
It would make sense putting 3 up there if its just ND Olympic sports for now. That would get the conference back to 12. I find it interesting that Louisville is in the conversation, though.

Who would you guys drop out of Michigan, Purdue, MSU as OOC opponents? Personally I always thought that the ND series handicapped our ability to play teams around the country like LSU, Texas, Oklahoma, USC.

Will be interesting to see if football can maintain Independence status for a few years or has to jump right in. Sounds like we'll be able to keep TV deal or have own network deal if we join.. Would change that "wants" to " needs" to be in conference with new playoff deal..

I don't think we can play Michigan, Texas/ OU, and USC every year along with MSU. We will keep Navy and USC for sure. Michigan is kinda a rivalry but we really haven't played even that much. Maybe rotate UM/ and MSU every year.

Keeping all those teams would be murder and stupid as fuvk.. Really hoping FSU is involved. Would be great for recruiting in TX and FL..

My idea:
Commissioners all get together. Rock-paper-scissors. That determines order. Then a 12 round draft. Snake style.
You'll have Oregon, Baylor, Utah, North Carolina, Iowa State, Iowa, Colorado State, Arkansas State, Florida International, and some others. I'm done trying to think of some crappy bottom draft schools.
Don't get drafted? Tough crap.
