  • Just wondering, have any of you guys had any experience with this or anything like it? I just started taking it and the only thing it seems to do is make me sh*t

  • Used it in high school. Not religiously or anything. A buddy of mine had some and he made me a drink with it before we worked out every afternoon. It seemed to give me more energy while I lifted, but hell, it could've been placebo.

    Depending on you current eating habits you have to find a supplement that works. Its hard to find a food supplement that doesn't cause problems because its basically forcing your body to have more of something its not used to having.

    Two questions, are you african american? and if so are you taking it with milk?
    -Lactose intolerance is big with us

    It takes some time for the body to get used to something so if you dead set on NO Xplode it may take a while for your body to stop rejecting it.

  • what you are taking in those is L-Arginine. It is converted into NO in the body, but only in the quantity of your bio-available enzymes.

    you should look up how L-Arginine acts in the body, but briefly, taken in regular dosages, it expands blood vessels and stimulates the release of growth hormone and insulin...

    do your own research from good sources and you should understand a lot more.

    Ha no man i'm white. Thanks for the info. I was thinking that maybe if I kept taking it, my body would eventually stop rejecting it but I wasnt sure. It actually does work for me so thats why I was trying to look past the shihiiting

  • I only take protein shakes when I can't get a good meal. I don't need no pre workout crap, I just want it.

    As far as I know there is not a nitric oxide product on the market that you take with milk. And yes, NO products are(like 99% of sports supplements) a great waste of money.

  • I used to take it but now I don't trust any supplement. They get on the market without sufficient testing and aren't worth the risk to me. Made me feel jittery too and I hated it. Just try to eat okay and protein now.

  • Just workout like a beast and try and eat well. Those are the biggest things. Easier said than done though

  • I strongly recommend that you do not take it. I used it for a few cycles in college, and it was messing up my liver. I had to get a liver test for something random and when the results came back my doctor freaked. I told him what I was taking, and he said I had to stop. Sure enough, after stopping, my liver returned to normal a few weeks later.

    I have been taking Jack3d for my lifting days for about 3 months now. I like it a lot, going to have to cycle off of it after this container is finished. Building my tolerance up to it, I'm now taking the max dosage I can. That's all I use, after being on my feet for 9 hours, I need that energy pick up to make it through my workouts,

    People take every supplement with milk... not because its what's stated but because people do it. Does it taste terrible? Yes doesnt every supplement? Yes.

    I have to disagree on the milk comment. I don't take milk with anything. For one reason milk and some pre workout products would be terrible. But your taking in additional calories and or fat that is not needed. I know each there own and there are some really good protein mixes that taste fine and mix well with water. Just my preference

    Ya, Jacked definitely gets you..well..jacked for the gym. I've used it a couple times, and it gets me going. Made my ears ring the past 2 times, so I stopped. I figure that's my body saying something isn't quite what it wants.

  • You better drink a small pool after you take this stuff to clean it out of your kidneys.Anytime i took any kind of energy drink or supplement i would start getting jittery or shaking and lips would feel numb after i had that happen I stopped drinking anything like that.

    My diet mon-fri is very clean and consume a good amount of water throughout day as I don't drink sodas and stuff. I have been very into lifting/fitness for years and got into competitive lifting little over a year ago. I listen to my body and would dial down if I need to. I realize the diet and excersive is not one size fits so each person has to find what works for them

    huhDo you know a single person that takes a creatine or NO product with milk? This is kinda what I do for a living and I don't think I've ever come across anybody who takes any of these products with milk. One of the best sources of arginine is milk; not only would consuming high-lactose dairy pre-workout make almost anybody sick, but it would pretty much defeat the purpose.

  • Get Pump Fuel for your pre workout and Afterglow for you post. Afterglow is literally the best thing you can take.
