Neighbor left crazy Bible passage on my front door...

So I get home today and find this letter wedged in the crack of my front door by the door knob. Whoever left it definitely wanted me and/or my roommate to find it. It's Levitcus 18:23 and from what I've researched it pertains to beastiality. This really kinda creeps me out. See the attached picture of the letter.

I don't know who it is. There is this one weird lady that lives a block up but she's pretty nice. My roommate dates our across the street neighbor and stays over there most nights. I'm guessing someone put two and two together and doesn't agree with that

I love when people try to pass judgement on others by quoting the Bible and citing passages from Leviticus. That book is evil (Leviticus, not the entire Old Testament) but, not only that, if we all lived literally by that book almost the entire population of The US would be put to death.
