I just don't get this state at all. I know this is going to be the next battle over water buy trying to redraw the state lines makes no sense to me.

Water disputes between GA and AL have been going on for decades. Real nasty stuff. GA is a burgeoning state and seems to want to exert a little dominance in the region.
