in iFixit's teardown of the Nexus 4, they found that the phone does in fact support LTE bands 2, 4, and 5. Band 4 is what is used on AT&T and Tmobile's LTE when it arrives in 2013. This is weird that Google chose to hide this fact from the spec sheet but that's the way it goes concerning LTE and licensing issues.
