This is a pretty great thread... so many fans arguing about their teams. Its especially nice to see AU and UM fans going at it... only thing that would be better is an argument between OSU and AU.
As for the OP, if you think what Saban said about Denard is intriguing, you'd love to hear his comments regarding Georgia Southern last year. I was pretty afraid of them by the time the game rolled around... Also, I think it was North Texas awhile back when he said they had 'the best athlete we'd face all year'.

He isn't very good against top notch defenses. Alabama will easily have a top 10 defense this season, probably top 5 (which the 2010 version was even though it caught so much flack). My guess on his stats Saturday night?
