I had an issue that I needed to be dealt with today for a VIP account. I searched and searched for the 1-800 number assuming that was the rout to take. Well, I pm'd a few different mods about my problem, and I had a response within five minutes. I just want y'all to know that the customer service on this site is second to none!!! My issue was resolved well within 30 minutes, and that is unheard of. Thank you for the excellent services provided on this site, and thank you for paying attention to the small folks around here. Be assured that I will spread the word to all of my friends. Thanks again 24/7!!

The service on this site is second to none. The moderators don't have a napolean complex, and will speak freely and readily with anyone that addresses them. I can't tell you how much better the infromation on my team site is here than it was on rivals. It's like comparing dial up internet to the highest of speeds that we have now. I really appreciate the fact that I can come here and get valid information from a friendly and willing staff. Thank you 24/7 staff for kicking everyone elses ass.
