best game of the week is Oregon St at Stanford, but that does not really have a national draw and is on FOX anyway. Winner probably goes to the Rose Bowl.
Next best game is TAMU at Bama, but that game is on CBS. So ABC just decided to go with Notre Dame who is a national draw.

so does FSU and Bama. just a bit odd that theyd pick that game. had to be the 10th choice on the list. has nothing to do with the team, just the matchup. usually primetime games are good games, not beatdowns like that one

If Stanford wins, then Gameday will be in Autzen the following week for the Oregon vs Stanford game, if Oregon St wins, then Gameday is most likely in LA for the USC vs ucla game. Would be in interesting Gameday at the Rose Bowl where both fanbases will be equally represented.

ND vs OU was a 5.9....because ND was expected to lose and everyone wanted to see it.
BC / ND is no where near a loss for ND. ND has won it's games and the defense there is formidable, but you have to understand people want to watch ND because they want to see you lose--not because they are "fans".
