Amazing how all u scUM fans think u are relevant all of a sudden...your messiah..aka- Brady Hoke has a lifetime losing record & his record would be really ugly if Nate Davis hadn't led Ball State to a 12-1 season a few years ago

Disagree. When you only win three games and don't even qualify for a bowl game you lose relevance. When you lose to a non-division I opponent you lost relevance. You are right about the process thing, but only that Michigan is in the process of becoming relevant again. Which let me say, I am glad to say. Didn't feel right seeing my team's arch-rival as helpless as they were under Dick Rod.
If Ohio State misses bowl games because of sanctions or what have you, they will lose relevance too.

Not at all. Never did I down-play Michigan's history. They were one of, if not THE original college football powers. Back when it all began Ohio State's team was little more than a club football team, not even a full varsity team. Just saying you can't down-play losses from recent history either if you are using ancient history as a sign of relevance, otherwise it just comes off as hypocritical.

Winning games is what is needed to stay relevant, IMO. Not that it can't be earned back.. but it's not as though it will just be forgotten how terrible Michigan was under Rich Rod. No way Michigan was bringing in the big names or television coverage like they were in their hey-day. (the 90's-early 00's)

But we still brought in over 106k a game even through those years, an irrelevant teams doesn't do that.
