I'll give you that Ohio State has accomplished more in the last 12 years. No Bama's or UF's in your conference that you've had to deal with over that span either.
OSU is gonna be in the discussion next year with Meyer as your coach. But that's next year. Its putting the head in the ground like an ostrich to claim a national championship when you are on probation for major violations. The whole point of the violations is that you are restricted from being Big 10 or National Champions...

You're level headed. And I think you're right. You're gonna be in the picture consistently because the Big Ten isn't getting any better, and Meyer will continue to significantly out-recruit every other school.
Meyer's a heck of a coach. I actually don't think of him like I do several of the other SEC coaches. Sure, he was quite lax on suspending guys, but outside of that, I think Meyer runs a program the right way.
Quite differently than Saban, Chizik, Spurrier......

Can you admit that you're the (or one of) most overrated teams every single year? What is it that you accomplished exactly? I'd rather get curb stomped in a National Title game than to lose to West Virginia in meaningless ones. If you were an Alabama fan, I'd have no argument. Except for relying on your conference foes for success just shows how pathetic you are when you have no accomplishments to list on your own.

We've had a rough 4 years.
2 years down. 2 years to come back up.
Those years just so happen to coincide with the peak of UF and peak of Bama's play too.
We've got the team to match up vs Bama. At least 8 guys will be drafted off our defense next year led by Jarvis Jones, John Jenkins, and Alec Ogletree all in the first round.
We've got the SEC's leading rushing RB (props to Manziel out there for his rushing as a QB) and the SEC's leading passing QB (leads the nation in passer rating).
Don't get me wrong, Bama's a great football team with very few weaknesses. But we've got the team to beat them.
