Housing market is tied for top or 2nd best in the country...My wife and i are considering moving there,,,must be fate...

Tough job market, except maybe the medical field. There are opportunities, but the unemployment rate is over 11%. Housing market is real good if you can find a house or have cash. Been here for 18 years and love it. Lots of opportunities, but you have to work to find them. We do get our share of wind and the occasional heavy thunderstorms. Dry heat in summer and dry cold in winter for most part.
