She is. Its not like they were lying.

She killed her. There is a reason she never went to authorities. You think her daughter just went missing and she did nothing? You think its just coincidence that chloroform was searched in google and then found in the trunk of her car? What about Caylee's hair found in her trunk? The chloroform found on the body? Why was the mother of that girl not going to authorities? Why did she make up multiple people? Zanny? Really?

My question is, what more evidence do you need? She murdered her daughter and just got off. That is what happened. Great job america. Keep going down the drain!

Well you have your opinion which you have every right to,although neither of us nor the parties involved in this case know this girl personally to even know something like that.

I for one think the jury made a mistake but the fact remains that the prosecution could not get enough evidence that Casey did it. Chloroform searched on the computer and a hair in the trunk are considered circumstantial at best and the prosecution could not prove otherwise. The defense team really and truly could not prove that she didn't do it, but what won the case was the fact that the prosecution could not prove she did it. It sucks I know but if I know anything about the people in this country, justice will be served at some point in time. Heck OJ is in jail right now for dang near the rest of his life, for a different crime sure, but that piece of crap is in the klink.

Im glad I wasn't on that jury and had someones life in my hands. The prosecution wasn't able prove how she died or how she got there. The defense was able to put holes in the chloroform search too.

I would have nailed her to that courthouse wall, we all know she did it.

As pathetic as someone that murdered their daughter? I have lost all faith in the judicial system. I wasn't thrilled about it before this, but this just proves that we have morons that don't deserve to take up oxygen put on our juries.

What more do they need, though? A video of her doing it? You had the chloroform in the trunk of the car and on the body. Hair from caylee in the trunk. A mom that didn't notify police after her daughter had been missing for 2 months. A mom that was proven to be a pathological liar while she made up names like "Zanny". My question is, what evidence short of a video of her doing it did they need? It was already blatantly obvious to 98% of americans that she was guilty as hell.
