The west coast, nobody else cares

If Direct TV added say an ACC network i wouldn't give 2 shits

There are games, like next weeks USC @ Cal game that can only be seen on the PAC-12 network. If there were an ACC network, and Florida St played a game on it, I am sure you would in fact give a shit.

  • Yall don't have issues with the it going out during storms? My folks had one(idk which company) and if there was a drizzle it would be searching for a signal. That ish drove me nuts.

I used to have U-verse when I lived in Fayetteville; however it wasn't available when I moved to Springfield. I "settled" for DirecTV. I've been pleased with it so far. I'm not a huge NFL fan. I prefer college football (as do all SEC fans), but having Sunday Ticket is awesome... for FREE just for switching to DirecTV. You can record up to five shows at once compared to just three with U-verse. U-verse did have internet bundled with it also through AT&T so that was a huge advantage.

I haven't had many service interruptions with my DirecTV. It has gone out once since I moved, and it was storming like crazy. Wind was blowing extremely hard, pouring down rain, and the signal went out for like 30 seconds and then refreshed and came back on.

That sounds better than what they had. This has been 5-8 years ago, but they finally got rid of it. Literally a few drops of rain and it'd go out.

My grandmother had the same issue a few years ago. It seems that the satellite providers have resolved those issues... or improved the signal... somehow shrug.
