I was there about 4 years ago, Vilnius and Riga. The women in Latvia were the most attractive I think I've ever seen. Both cities were very cool. Vilnius struck me as a little bigger with more things to see/do. All in all great trips, pretty cheap too compared to the rest of Europe.
