A lot of the coarses I play make it very clear that cart paths are for the coarse only and joggers and whatnot are prohibited, but anybody that comes out after hours to tell you that is clearly a piece of shit.

If its a country club, and this guy is a member then I'd listen to him. I work at a club and there are some real Dbags that have nothing better to do than these kind of things.
