I just got a Nexus 7 last Friday, and it's been perfect for my needs.
For a few weeks I vascillated back and forth between the Nexus 7 and the Samsung Note 10.1. I was a little concerned that the 7 would be too small.
But after reading a number of posts on TBS by those who had gotten rid of their larger tablets to get the 7--and characterized that as one of the best [technology] moves they recalled making--I finally pulled the trigger, and concur with those assessments.

I paid 249.00 for the 32gb.
Why...I can't give you a good reason; right now I use it pretty much for surfiin the net, email, etc.
But let's be honest: I don't know shizz about tech, but hey, 32 > 16.

I just bought a 32gig 7 this past weekend and it's badass. Does everything I need and then some. I was going to get the Galaxy 7 instead but ended up with the Nexus. Great reader and movie player too which I wasn't expecting.
Only downer is there is not removable storage(32G is plenty big enough for me) and noe back camera like the others have.
