If it is the upgrade system of CoD she likes, Halo has basically copied it. Every time you level you gain points to buy things, and at level 26 everything will be unlocked to buy (but you won't have enough points until level 50 to have everything). Then once you hit 50 there are 8 specializations (only 2 unlocked right now, they will release more as the online community does things that they are monitoring, we don't know of them) and each of those is 10 levels. So think of those as similar to prestige in CoD and you can get up to level 130 if you max each spec.

Yea I haven't played much since Halo 2 so I was pretty rusty in terms of the Halo style. Played a crap ton of BF3 when I could so still up on shooters.

Wish SWAT was a game mode in the public games right now. That one is so fun.

SWAT is in as a custom playlist and the 343 forums are swamped with people begging for them to put it in public matchmaking.

X Go is Lesticals I believe. I saw your invite but yeah, I had literally just cracked open the box so I had to get a bit into the campaign. I'll be on again tonight for sure.

She is better than me at cod. It is hilarious to watch her take over a game. I think she prefers cod more because people die when you shoot them. In halo the whole shoot while closing in to beat them down used to piss her off. She almost always shoots the other person first, and with cod that usually means the she gets a kill. She plays with inverted axis' too... WTF???

She also used to play a lot of final fantasy. I think the original crash bandicoot and diablo 1 and 2 are her all time favorite games.

Love the pistol but it feels that the clip might be a bullet or two too small. Not sure. Also love that is has recoil on it.

What is that massive orange and black looking cannon thing? Got it last night and barely got a shot off without really aiming and blew up a dude from across the map on Ragnarok. Was amazed.

It looked amazing. I should probably finish the campaign so I can get used to all the weapons. Sometimes I get killed by something and I just don't know wtf hit me.

I *think* that is the forerunner grenades. They, if I read the description right, explode in a circle (don't know if it does damage) and when that circle, which you can see, collapses like a black hole it kills anyone in it.

It looks like an orange version of that health replenisher globe, but smaller obviously. I don't see the point of them because anyone with a brain should see giant orange area and avoid it.

Actually looking at it, its the forerunner version of the sniper rifle. I should have meant destroyed instead of blown up.

Pulse Grenades are terrible...im not sure what they even do
