I've only been to one - St Lucia. I think they have three spots there now.
I'd recommend it. The resort and service was great. Although the restaurants overall are subpar.
I think we just had the regular level. This included all food and drinks.

Looking to go to one. Which is the best one to go to and what level should you get? Their website shows a conceirge level, butler level, and a regular level? Any help would be appreciated.

Oh trust me I don't mind bar food or anything like that. There are just other resorts that go beyond sandles food. Sandles is a place where young honeymooners go and that's fine. The wife and I would have gone and had a great time but you can find deals (like the royal hideaway) that have 5 star dining options for the same price. Our resort had more woRkers than vacationers.
