Well I'll put it like this. If you're right and I'm wrong then we'll both just die and nothing happens. But if I'm right and you're wrong, well........ I wouldn't want to be in that position.

But just for funsies, I'll give you that the bible says homosexuality is wrong and none of the other OT garbage applies.

Now I'd like you to tell me why:
1. The fact that homosexual sex is wrong makes homosexual marriage illegal (keeping mind the difference between right and wrong vs. legal and illegal).
2. Why, in a secular country, we should be using religious texts as the foundation for our laws.

An all-knowing and just god wouldn't let me into heaven if I only believed in him to "hedge my bets" (and he would know that I didn't really believe, I was just hedging my bets).
